When I start up my computer i get a message that says drive c track 0 error. Or something along those lines What does it mean?

I think it means you should try a low-level format of that drive, followed by formating with system files from a boot disc. Then do a clean install.
It may also mean the drive is shot. Download the drive manufacturers disc utilities and run them. That is generally necessary for a warranty return anyway.
