missing file associations for ico and ani files

If you want the default associations then use TweakUI and go to the repair tab. Or use Microangelo it associates the icons to itself so you can edit them and view the animeted ones on it.

Im working on a computer that has lost its file associations for the cursors and icons. Does anybody know what program associates these files. I am going to look in win.ini . Thanks
