I formated my HHD on my notebook PC. now I can't boot into DOS.BIOS is ok. Then I get a message - system is not valid. I can only boot to DOS with A drive boot disk which I copied from my other computer and then DOS doesn't complete commands properly & it won't alow me to install win 95 via the A drive. Test for the HHD with PC doctor showed no bad sectors on the HD.

Try [FORMAT /S] This will add the system files such as command.com and others which are needed for DOS to operate correctly.
