NTSC totally sucks!
Hard to believe there isn't a region 1 copy of the movie available.

Tried eBay?

People ought to put their location in their profile. Geography makes a lot of difference in many of the replies.

If Amazon.com will ship to Canada, the movie is available there. Now you know why I have ALL REGION home entertainment DVD players and AnyDVD installed in my computer. The region of the disk is not an issue.

As you see, it's not really to get movies that are not normally available. I have gotten a few of out of print American movies from overseas distributors. But I mostly go after movies not distrbuted in the US at all.

I get lots of movies from regions 1 and 2 that aren't available in region 4. All PAL players are capable of NTSC playback and certainly all TVs can run in both modes anyway.
However if you happen to live in the US I'm not sure that your commonly available TVs and DVD players could do any PAL conversion/playback.
