I got a free E Machine for my mom. i knew about the flaw with their P/Ss but didn't think about the damage to the mobo that could ensue. They only have a 90 day warranty so should I go get another PS? Or should I replace the whole case? Which would be more cost effective? And is it difficult to replace a PS? That's one of the things I have never replaced in a system. Thanks-Dave

replacing a ps is easy just take that one with you when you go to get a new one to match them up as there are a lot of diff kinds /forum/smile.gif as for doing a hole case swap it might be kinda hard to find a case to hold that mobo as they are made just for e-****'s case's, for the most part like the old HP's etc, etc.

just make a diag. of what wire's go to what part of the switch so you dont get them backward /forum/smile.gif
