Does anyone know of a program that will monitor what files are download/uploading to the internet? I'm having problems that when my sister's computer is plugged into the network it downloads constantly, but we can't find anything that would be causing it, I can put a firewall on it, but that doesn't tell me what is downloading usually, it just stops it.

It does not matter what is the name of the “Junk”, it has to be stopped.
And the way to stop it is by cleaning the Computer and installing protection software.
