Dumb Question

Recently downloaded a nice FREE add free ISP{www.worldspy.com}
One problem

All opened windows end up in the toolbar

It's been awhile, I know that there is a box to check somewhere to correct this but can't seem to remember where it is

You didn't by chance load a bit of software called TCcuts, did you - I might have spelled that wrong - but it puts everything you place in a certain directory in your task bar at the bottom - might that be it?
