Hey, I'm shopping around for a cheap notebook for gaming.
What do you think would be a better/faster cpu for games, a 2.0 GHz AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3200+ with PowerNow! Technology or a 1.8 GHz AMD Turion 64 Mobile Processor ML-32 with PowerNow! Technology?

lol "cheap noteboook" and "gaming" don't go together. However, I would say that you would probably get a little better performance from the Athlon 64, but much better battery life from the turion 64. It just depends on what is more important to you.

All that is True, your Gaminig performance is like a regular PC, where Video Cards dominate. CPU power is important to be sure, but the Video is what really counts to a Gamer.
