Cannot disable ICS...

Hi guys, I have a laptop that's running WinXP with SP2.

I'm using a wired cable connection, and under Network Connections, ICS is always enabled upon bootup.

If I try to disable it, it will re-enable itself upon next system startup.

Does anybody have any ideas on how to disable Internet Connection Sharing permanently? Is this a registry problem or something?

Sorry, problem solved. I managed to find out that it was IBM Access Connection that was applying the settings each time upon startup.
