another problem

trying to get into system info. I go to start,programs,accessories,system tools and to system info, I get a window that says illeagal operation and wont let me in. (win 98)

Are you getting "illeagal operation" in other programs and at random times or just when trying to run system info?

this is the only one that I know of, I can access everything else in system tools
