Sad to say, I'm getting a bit deaf in my old age. Is there a way to replace the little ding that Outlook express plays when mail comes in?
I have a range of .WAV files that I can use but how to put them in the app?

Goto Control Panel>Sounds and Audio Devices>Sounds. Under Program events scroll down to New Mail Notification. Now click browse and point it to the new sound file.

This must be the umpteenth time you guys have helped me out of a quandary. Quandaries are very hard to get into especially if you are - like me - old and fat!
