Web folders in My Computer

Does anyone know how to remove the Web Folder
icon from My computer. I just installed MS
Office 2000 but only use Publisher and Photo
Draw. Even when I have uninstalled the whole
program the icon is still there. I think
I remember when I did a full install of IE5
I had the same problem then. I dont even
know which program uses Web folders in IE5
or Office.

Web Folders is installed by IE5... try to unistall it from Add/Remove Programs on Control Panel on the Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 and Internet Tools.

If it can't try unistalling IE5 and reinstall (if you want to) without that option. And it shouldn't come out again. Or use IE4 or Netscape if don't ya wanna get involved with IE5 again.

it comes with service pack 2 for IE4.01 and seems really stable without too much overhead.
