hardware problems with lan

ok here is what i got that shows up in device manager

1934 net adapter #2 (shows fine)

marvel yukon 88e8001/8003/8010 pci gigabit ethernet controller (shows fine)

(!) nvidia nforce networking controller #3

I tryed to install driver and i get this message:

"An error occerurred during the installation of the device"

"The name is already in use as either a service name or a service display name"

tryed using the disc that came with board,and nvidia and windowes update, and asus website driver's download page
but i keep getting same message

i can use the marvel to hook up to the net and seems to work fine. the only way i can run a 2nd pc "pc to pc" is to install another pci card which i have done and 2nd pc works fine. bothe pc's use win xp pro

my spec's
a8n-sli premium
athlon64 3700 san diego
2x512 pc3200 crutial ballistix
evga 7800gt
win xp pro

Sorry it took so long to reply, I was out of town, but it worked. Aparently i had a usb driver that was giving me trouble (2 of the same entry).

Didnt seem possable, that a usb devise was the problem.
