Okay got a TV Tunner the card is PixelView Combo TV based on the Cirrus Logic 5446 video chipset. The manufacturer is Prolink www.prolink.com (http://www.prolink.com) . After moving my Monster Fusion (PCI) around managed to make it primary and the TVT secondary.
Now I installed the TVTap software to view TV. But realized that can't use it unless the TVT is primary, but gonna loose the Banshee and 3D acceleration. Also gave the card IRQ 11 and modified the system.ini file so the program look in IRQ 11.
Anyway to force the program to use the secondary card? Or any work around? If not well at least is cool having dual monitors. Another thing why is that when I boot Win98 doesn't initializes the second monitor? I have to restart or re-boot for it to work... but if I shutdown for a while and then turn on the computer again it isn't initialized 'till reboot... normal or the TVT is a piece of ****?
