Ram Usage Monitors

Are there any monitors that tell the usage of ram? I've heard about some but have never seen them... thanks

You can get TClockEx from it's creator at users.iafrica.com/d/da/dalen (http://users.iafrica.com/d/da/dalen) . It provides a neat time and date display in the tool bar, plus CPU, RAM and Resource usage indicators.

oops there is a large empty space between my eyes and the back of my head,just doesn't accumulate knowledge very easily.
