i just bought a ati tv all in wonder 9600 the new one they adverties on their site. Everytime i start up the tv its freezes but u can still hear the tv . what can be wrong?

try updating the drivers to the latest version.

the catalyst driver is up to date should i download the mmc file mine is 9.6 and they have a new one 9.13. sorry if i sound really dumb i'm new to all of this hardware

if you have trouble, the first thing to do is to update your drivers. they include fixes which may solve the problem outright.

if that doesn't work, check the manufacturer's support site. there may be a configuration change or patch that you need to install.
