good mp3 software..

I have bunch of cds i want to transfer to my comp to make em .mp3 files. and some .mp3 files on my comp that i wanna transfer to cds . I know there are tons of diff music softwares out there, Im just looking for one that can transfer music from cd to comp and visaversa (spelling :confused: ) . Anyone can recommend good software?

If you have a burner, the software you use for that will invariably do it.
