BF2 Ports

Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone knows which ports i'm supposed to open to play BF2. The manual has about 20 different ports that I should open, but these don't seem to work (I get very high latency in all games I join with BF2).

I was hoping that there was just one port or whatever, and I didn't have to break out a list of 20-30 ports.

16567 through 16569 are pretty common.

Also some hosting servers have very wierd ports so I would pick only the major servers like EA. Or find a few good servers, put them under your favorites and join those servers. I haven't really had any problems though.
