Mail notification

I knwo there is a little program that stays in the sys tray for netscape that notifies you of new mail..is there one for outlook express? thanks

Hi chipbgt

For Outlook Express, you can go to Tools/Options/General tab, Check the box 'Check for New Messages" and set for like 1 minute (or whatever) and you get promptly notifed in Systray with a blue envelope when you get mail.

Other than that, I don't know if there's an indicator that "stays" in Systray..

yeahhhhhhhh...but.....I am one of those people who hates having anything unnessecary open on there computer. I'll keep looking =)

If you use ICQ or Neoplanet, it can also check up to once a minute
Neoplanet is alot like IE cept more polished. It is a bit different tho. Its a free download so you may want to check it out. It is the browser I currently use.
