Blue screen fatal error while browsing internet.

I sometimes get this error while browsing the internet with Internet Explorer 4. OE 0028:C9D1CC10 VXD AFVXD(01) + 00001090. After I exit this blue screen I can't continue browsing unless I reset my computer. This can't be related to my SB Live! X-Gamer because there is no sound playing. This can't be related to my new Kenwood 72X CD-ROM drive which I recently installed because nothing is playing off the CD. This error happened 1 week ago also. It might happen again next week so if someone know what this error stands for I would appreciate some help.

Let us know more of your system configuration.
What kind of peripherals do you have?
It could be a bad virtual device driver(VXD) from some peripheral you have installed. That's all I can tell you right now from the info you've given us
