Okay, my problem is that upon initial boot "this is a completely rebuilt pc" and run, i got blue screens in XP, i changed the memory around :ddr 512 400 mhz 3200 ddr: and they went away, it was something about memory dump something. But then i overlayed windows XP Pro over the previous windows XP on the HDD, and then i installed all my mobo drivers, the 6600 vid card drivers, and updated windows. I now get random ...seemingly consistently random upon when the computer experiences high demand on either graphics or ..maybe memory?
It freezes 100% of the time when i play "Guild Wars" for more then 1 minute, sometimes after 5 seconds. It also froze when i was running Steam (counter strike), reinstalling Guild Wars, and running windows/ MSN messenger at the same, it froze upon the stupid "ding" from the msn messenger. Anyways, The vid card is new, mobo is new, cpu is new, psu is new, memory is new, opticals and HDD are old.
I was told to reformat completely, but as i do not see a reason for doing that, im not doing it until its a completely last resort.
Help = MUCHO thanks.!!
