Built a new system yesterday: a PIII 500Mhz on a ASUS P3F mobo, with a AGP Matrox card, soundblaster live, 64 MbRam, 6,4 HD, cd-rom.
So istalled everything. Jumper setting correct. when I turn on the power I hear my HD searching and all that. But I don't get a display or any beeps. Kinda weird. Anyone know what could be wrong?

ps. The powerconnectors and casespeaker. does the S stand for ground or 5 volt

The S stands for Soft power on.
Have you enabled the agp card in the Bios?

I can't even come in the Bios, because I have totally no display. Tried AGP and PCI both nothing. I don't understand, why I don't get any thing. Could the mobo be broke. Or is it a plug I didn't plugged in correct?

Two things to check - the CPU and memory to make sure they are in their slots all the way.

Yea pushed them in all the way. Double checked it doesn't seem too be the prob. But I'll check again *S*
After then it's going too learn how too fly and it's back to my old C64 which never give me any prob *lol*

Try unplugging everything except the following:

CPU
SDRAM
Video Card

remove all other boards and un-plug the hardrive.

If you then get post, try plugging things back in one at a time.
