When running Norton Win Doctor, I get teh following, "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\vtpciirq.pci" cannot access a necessary file, "pci.dll." I can't figure out what I am missing & they give no suggestion for correcting. The motherboard is an FIC 503+. I thought maybe it had something to do with the IRQ routing drivers and have re installed the latest drivers with no difference.

Looking for any info on what this is telling me.

As long as your system is running fine, I would just ignore it.

I have the Eteq drivers which are essentially the same as the VIA. My system does include the file etqpciirq.pci but does not included the pci.dll either.

If you have Windows98 you can use the SystemFileChecker and chek if any files are f**** up. And norton is kinda weird, it once f**** up my whole FAT table, what a pain. So like susan (who fixed my sys) says just ignore it.

ps. You can start SFC (system file checker) trough start => run => SFC
