I currently have a IBM T41 Laptop that I bought for school. I was wondering if there is any extra cooling devices (extra fans/heatsinks/etc) I could buy for my laptop that would help it from overheating during games.

My Centrino hardware control says im running at about 71C while playing World of Warcraft - and thats pretty hot comparred to my dekstop that runs 30-40C.

Is this a safe temperature of should I look for extra cooling, or will it still be safer for me to just avoid gaming on it as much as possible.

Thanks!

If it's made by IBM, it's definately a safe temperature. Laptops usually hit higher temps than desktops do since the components are packed in tighter than desktops. my laptop card gets higher than that and it's been running problem free for almost a year now. if you're truly worried about it, give IBM a call and ask them about it.
