I mean just look at em'.
Say 'hello' and they find ways to get back at you cos you somehow managed to offend them.
Seems the further south you get in most countries, the more redneck and intollerant of EVERYTHING people get and the more they try to impose their backward will onto everyone else they have contact with. Thats to say nothing of these fervent religious idiots. The further south ya get the more likely it is that they believe that the bible is the literal truth and that they should be alowed to own slaves.
Except England. The further north you go the more touchy people seem to get.

Those Tassies are a wierd mob though. Going south till you hit the 'end' of victoria you meet normal regular people, but dip a toe into Bass Straight and you're entering touchy redneck lets go marry our cousins land.

Well it sometimes seems that they're the only folks that live in the southern US states. They get touchy about just about everything, then take it out on others.
Bush got all touchy about his mates in Saudi Arabia and their neighbour so he invaded Iraq, not hes gonna get touchy about his mates the Israiles and the iranians saying there was no holocaust and hes gonna invade there.
Touchy bunch your average southern american. Specially those texans, ya just can't trust em to behave like decent folk ought to.
edit - They do kill some of their nasty criminals though, so I guess its not all bad.
Of course, those crimms probably all come from the very southernmost point of texas and are looked down upon even by other texans. But I guess everyone has to have someone to look down on.
Which begs the question, the french look down on everyone, except america when it saves their assess every few years (but they look down on them the rest of the time though), and everyone looks down on the french.
Its a circular argument type of thing. But seeing as theres more of us than those cheese eating surrender monkeys I guess we're all in the right :)

Thanx for the broad generalizations of the south (U.S.), I just love hearing from JACK@sses about how intolerant my state is. South Carolina's secession was in 1860. Not alot of those cats still around.

My dad's side of the family has been here in soCal since the early 1800's. Some of the original "land grant" holders from the US. Funny thing, my mom's family is from Mississippi, the DEEP south, both her dad and mom. Her dad's great-great grandfather was William LLoyd Garrision, a "southern man". Google him. You'll be surprised.

I see that the latest thing is more criminal behaviour if we are to beleive the reports about illegal wire taps and such.. ahh such corruprtion may not have been seen since the Nixon years.. at leat in my humble opinion ~ (and I liked and still like Nixon, just not his politics ~ where as I find no redeaming value in Bush other than he is a fellow human being)
