boot problem

everytime I try to restart my computer I get a windows protection error I reboot into safe mode next and evertime in device manager there are two lpt1's two standard floppy controllers and two plug and plays in moniters I remove the extra ones and it boots up untill I restart it the next time and go through the same thing I have win 95 b a 400 amd cpu and yes I installed the patch. Can anyone help me

remove all doubled devices not just the extra then reboot and let it reinstall it right that should fix the problem. i have the same problem some times and that always fixes it /forum/smile.gif

Sounds like your IRQ routing drivers aren't installed, but you say you did. See if there are updated drivers for your board and install them again.

That seems to have fixed my problem I just had to do it a couple of times but it worked thank yous'e
