Hi Guys,

Sorry i'm not sure what forum to place this in.

I'm looking for Help Desk software for our company, preferably with AD integration for user accounts / mail. Preferably with a Web form that could be filled out and a category/problems section that could be modified to our needs.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks man.

I'm looking for more of a HelpDesk / Trouble ticket system.

I would need it to preferably tie in with active directory / nt user accounts.

Basically a user friendly web form type software with user definable fields for problem categories etc .. that will allow end users from within the company to fill out trouble tickets and then have the team leader at the front end dispatch the tickets to the appropriate techs.

having the web form is not entirely necessary but would prove to be usefull as we have out of office people who also submit trouble tickets.

thanks once again.

Intuit makes a software called TrackIt. They will give you a Demo License to try it out. You can import AD users for setup. It has an Inventory Module to keep track of software and hardware. It has a helpdesk function. It has a library to keep track of lent out items. The pro version will let user attach to an IIS web interface to make their own help desk tickets. It supports e-mail escalation any many more things.

You can look at it here:
