Thanks for letting put this post up. I have just changed my CD Rom and CD RW drive letter assignmets in Win98 from G /forum/frown.gifBeing CD RW drive) and H /forum/frown.gifbeing CD Rom drive) to now G /forum/frown.gifmy CD Rom drive) and H /forum/frown.gifNow my CD RW drive). My question is; is there any way to change my programs properties without having to reinstall my PC programs so that it will look for the program CD on the G: drive, insted of the H: drive which was the previous drive letter for my CD Rom. I've tried looking in the properties for the Shortcut and .exe icons but there is no indication to do this. Thanks for your help any info will be appriciated.

nope - you are pretty much stuck. you will either have to reinstall all your programs that use the cdrom, or switch your letters back to what they were before.
