Um...maybe the system colors?

I know that neoplanet could, but I don't know it too well- I don't know if you can selectively change parts of the screen with it, or if you have to change entire screen elements.
Can't think of anything else that would.

i tried all those - nothin worked. thats why i wanna change it tho, cuz i changed the color of all my windows and stuff, and the blue little bar looks ugly. ill probably just have to live with it... /forum/frown.gif

you know that little blue bar that fills up as a web page loads? does anyone know if its possible to change the color of it from blue to something else? or is it just stuck the way it is?
