SiS 730? Never heard of that. That's a nice monitor you picked up though. How much did you pay for it? Midknyte 12-10-2005, 06:25 AM that's the max resolution the card can do. http://www.tomshardware.com/2001/01/09/sis_back_on_stage/index.html Integrated 2D/3D Graphics Accelerator * 64 Bit Memory Interface * Up to 64 MB Shared Memory * 8K Texture Cache * Supports all important 3D features including flat and gouroud shading, dithering, bump mapping, perspective correction, Mipmapping with trilinear texture filtering, mip-mapped texture with transparency, blending, wrapping, mirroring and clamping, fogging, alpha blending, spectacular lighting, full scene anti aliasing. * 128 Bit 2D Engine (up to 1600x1200x24 at 85 Hz) * Video acceleration features inclucing hardware DVD acceleration * Optional SiS301 video bridge for TV output Solution: Buy a new video card. Peter M 12-10-2005, 02:25 PM This (rather old) chipset integrated graphics unit doesn't have drivers that support 1920x1200. Its latest driver release is three years old, predating the appearance of widescreen highres TFTs by quite a bit. SysOpt.com
