Time Sync in Win98 (do you know?)

I have a program that sync's the time with the atomic clock every 8 hours, this computer is on a network, what I would like to do is have the server that runs win98 dial in and get the time sync and have the correct time and have the other win98 computers on the network look at the computer that dials in for the time, like Novell does with it's time sync's, is there a program or can something be done in the registry to make it look at another computer on the network, I'm just talking win98 peer to peer network.
