Is there a guide somewhere for the remote desk top connection in Win XP where you can help someone over the internet?

Did you look in the Help and Support files alreay loaded and installed in the XP machines?

best way to use remote desktop is to do it though messenger have the other person ask for remote assistance. works great use it for my aunts computer in florida all the time. wouldnt mind a trip every time there was something worng with her computer though lol
