Office 97 / Winnt Wrkst 4.0 bug

One of my users keeps getting a memory address problem when trying to save in word 97. A Dr. watson screen comes up and then the application shuts down. I have reinstalled Office updated the winnt SP4, updated to office SR2 and used Mcafee 4.x engine to check for a virus. As well as putting the file on a different partition. I have been told it maybe a macro virus that Mcafee is not detecting. Anyone who has had this problem please let me know so I can get the user up
and running.

Only suggestion on this I can give, is to make sure your MacAfee scan manager is the latest - not updating it can prevent the AV prog from detecting a Word97 virus.
