I am currently testing the x700 pro 256mb AGP vid card for the maximum overclocking potential. Stock settings are 425 GPU and 432 mem. I currently have it at 474 GPU and 470 mem. I am using Aqua mark 3 to test for artifacts and testing the system stability. I will later post full system specs once i have finished and do more benchmarks with 3dmark software.

Im using Omega Drivers which include a tool very similar to that.

If upper overclock low, try heatsinking rialto bridge.

what is the general temperature tolerance for video ram and gpu?

yeah I'd be interested in what the upper limits of temperatures for both the GPU and memory are... tonight I'll post my atitool overclocking results.
