if u want an SLI computer do u also need one of those expensive sli power supplies? or does ur standard non-sli support still work?

edit: also how do u know if the power supply will work with ur mobo?

SLI psus would have 2 6pin PCIe connectors. you don't necessarily need one, but it depends on what cards you are running in SLI. if you are going to get 2 7800GTXs, then it would be highly recommended that you get a 600W+ psu.

nowadays, you'll see either 20 or 24 pin ATX or BTX power connectors on the board. check the manual.
