I've tried this on 3 motherboards and 2 cases now, with all possible drivers, and since we only got 2 Voodoo3 cards, it's the only Video card available. To the prob:
Iexplorer shows Images as fuzzy mess, and some 3d games have graphic trouble too,
all is well if I switch this to K6-266 / Intel P166mmx, these processors don't have problems at all, so what is wrong?

Everyone so far have said processor cannot cause these problems, as system IS stable, i.e does not crash, so maybe I oughta switch my 230W PS?

Is it voodoo 3 2000 or 3000? Pci or Agp? What mobo are you using? I have K63-450 on Fic Pa-2013 w/ Voodoo 3 2000 Agp. mobo is finicky if drivers aren't set right. Board also ran video card hot. Put exhaust fan under card to help with heat. Now system and card are rock steady and fast. O/c to 475, working on 500. )no luck yet but still trying.) As for power supply, depends on what else you have. I used to have an h.p. that I added a zip and CD-RW to. held up until I added an aftermarket sound card. Then had video problems, until I removed sound card. PS couldn't handle the load.

Well, it's Voodoo 3 2000 PCI and 2 previous motherboards were Abit-AX5 & Shuttle HOT-569.

I do have many addon cards but only 1 of each type of drive, meaning floppy, CD-Rom, HD. AND it behaves the same if I set components down to HD, Memory, K6-3 and Voodoo3...I'm really lost here and nobody has been able to help. Shop says it's a non CPU-problem and won't propably exchange this CPU to other.

Do ya have the newest drivers for the card?3dfx posted some last week that sounds like they address the issues you are talking about.

Try disabling the video cache in the bios. The voodoo 3 will conflict sometimes with the bios. Also make sure the bios Is set to run video from PCI not AGP ( if you have that setting). And like ENVY said, check the drivers. Also make sure you don't have any existing system conflicts that might cause problems. Could the video cards be bad? The voodoo3 is compatible w/ K6-3, but if you have access to another card for testing purposes, go to AMD website and look at compatibility list and try that. good luck.

Well, thanks for help guys, but like I said, I've tried all those things and new drivers didn't fix the problem either. I COULD propably try out another Video card, Like TNT1, BUT, I'd hate to notice that to be useless too. I mean, both Voodoo 3 cards work flawlessy with 2 different older processors, so maybe I just gotta convince those guys who sold this chip to exchange it or something.
