memory timing

Hi,

I'm just wondering, if I have a 64MB PC100 SDRAM with 2-2-2 and one with 3-2-2 CAS latency specs installed together, would it pose any potential problem like sporadic system freezing ? If they are mixable, does it matter which pcs goes into the DIMM slot first ?

Appreciate any advise.
