Cant POST

dont base your answers on assumputions you guys.... try out a new cpu or take to down barbones and test each part or have the cpu and memory tested by a computer shop of sorts...

i have an IBM 300GL. 6562-50u. the power supply was bad and i had to replace it. after i did that, the computer will not POST. the hard drive and cd rom both spin. all the power connectors are set correctly. any ideas? i think its a bad mobo but i am not sure. could be the CPU.
