I downloaded Service Pak 1 and Service Pak 2 but I still can't detect my 200GB hard drive on my AMD K7 motherboard. I tried going to AMD's website to look for an update that would help me see the whole drive but couldn't find an update. What do I do now I can only see 131 GB of my hard drive. :(

if you don't, then you need to create a slipstreamed sp1 or sp2 cd. downloading and installing sp1 or sp2 after you already install windows is too late.

it's a bios issue if you have a slipstreamed sp1 or sp2 cd. make sure the bios sees the full amount.

Click on Start->Run and type: diskmgmt.msc

Do you see any UNallocated space? If so, right click and create a partition and format it.
