I can only see the last session on multisession cd!!

I have a multi session cd, and I can not access the previous folders.
I have been on nero burner help (XP) which says to right click on the disc in explore & select properties, then there will be 2 or more pages one saying Volumes.
I have right click on the disc, selected properties but there in no volume selection there.
I have read a few previous forums which say it maybe different on xp.
Please does anyone know how I can access the previous files.
