ok heres the deal. tray 2 prints no problem. tray 3 is having problems. when the paper feeds from the tray to the right side of the printer it gets stuck. do i need to replace the paper feeder rollers or do i need to replace the whole paper input unit?? i really need to know. and if i have to take apart the whole thing, where do i start? its a huge printer. thanks

we have the same trouble with our 5
currently leaving tray 3 empty and
only loading from tray two....

i work with 5si's every day, try not to load the tray to the arrow...to get around the jamming problem I put the paper about quarter-inch below the the line.....
