As some of you may know, i upgraded to a an x800, so my faithful 9800 has to go.
here's the deal, it's a sapphire non-pro with the samsung memory, which means it's successfully flashed to a pro.
i bought it when i built my system 2 years ago, and it has run flashed, at 390mhz core and 355mhz memory everysince.
no artifacts, no hiccups, no problems whatsoever.
other than the flash, the card is totally stock.
just for your information, when testing the limits of this, i never went over 400mhz because right at 400, in my case with 6 fans plus PSU fans, it would show small white dots in the shader portion of 3dmark 03, no other visual anomalies were noted. It's never shown me an artifact due to memory speeds, but i hit the 9800 xt's 365mhz, and thought that was good enough, since it has only stock cooling, i kicked it back a tad.
i assure you it works, i have good cred. here, but please note that this is used hardware and while i've taken good care of it, i must stress that it is sold as is.
there is no reason it shouldn't fire right up when you put it in, it went directly from my case to the anti-static bag.
i'm hoping to get $100 for this plus shipping, feel free to ask any questions.
