Amibios help please!

I was fooling with the bios (amibios) and changed the hard drive to auto detect. When I restarted the cpu counted the ram checked keyboard, mouse, and cpu speed then stopped. It says "Press <F1> Key if you want to run SETUP", and when I do, it changes to "Entering Setup - Please Wait" and then just stays there. Can anyone please help me try to get back into bios so I could change back what I screwed up.

Well you can erase the BIOS settings, there is a jumper or switch on some motherboards for that. Or remove the battery and wait a few secs and put it again.
