I have a Samsung 60 Gig drive that I’m working On, I am trying to recover the date from the drive for a customer of mine, the drive says its RAW which I know of, but I am un-Fermi lure with I don’t seem to have a problem recovering the Data using EasyRecovery and GetDataBack, but I do have problems trying to find the files the customer needs, these are excel files from his company, no he didn’t back up, don’t ask why, but anyway, the drive is a 60 but it is only showing up as a 31.50 drive I cannot seem to find the other 30Gigs, it does not show up in Partition magic nor does it show up in DataRecovery and GetDataBack, So I’m wondering if the data I need is on that other partition. Anyone have any Ideas?

Ye I did try running Chkdsk but it will not run, it says chkdsk cannot be ran on a RAW drive, here is a pic of the recovery, sorry I was ment to post this to. I ran a demo of Xls Recovery and that found them but its only the demo I have to contact this guy to see if he wants to purchase that softwar, which im not sure if thats what he wants to do, I dont know if Im looking in the wrong place or what but I cant find them in the data recovery program.
thanks

You can expand those branches by clicking the box with the cross in it and highlight the place where you think the files are.
It seems to me that this is between you and the customer as to whether the data is worth the money. If these Excel files are truly valuable, he'll pay.

Ye I did that part, and I did remove the file/folders where he thought they where and it did bring out some files pretaining to what he was telling me but nothing what he wanted, I did call him and he wants to use that Xls recovery, guess it will be on his invoice, thanks for your help anyways..
