It's not listed on the Nero site or through the "Update" button, but it's on their FTP site:

The download is around 100MB.

Some serials from ver 6 will not work with the
new version .. If you bought a Retail Box version
it might ... also not sure if the 3 optional plug ins
from the old version will just plug in & work with
ver 7 or if you need either updated plug ins or
new serial numbers for them
