Think buying the GeForce now a good idea?

I really want to buy the CL Annihiliator.
The problem is, I am certain that there is a memory bottleneck with the SDR version compared to DDR that does not provide the bandwidth the GPU could handle.

But.. I hear the boards with DDR memory would be only available Q1 2000 but not actually Dec.

What do you think? BTW I might as well buy the Coppermines(I mean the cheapest one of like 700MHz?? HAHA oops not cheapest) that has pretty much horsepower left for a power hungry gamer like me.

Please give me suggestions..

I think, if you have a reasonable AGP-card, then it's a bad idea to byu ANY g-force.
i.e. Tom recommends the savage2000 over the g-force, and there are already several faults in the g-force, maybe a driver problem?
