feedback when playing mp3's

when iam playing mp3 and vqf files after about 30mins i start getting feedback sounds.
this keeps going even when i shut down the player. i can play streaming audio all day with no problem. any ideas anyone

We need more information - Tell us about your system - what is it? What's your sound card? What MP3 software are you using? What kind of speakers? Are you running other software while you are listening to tunes? - Might be some kind of software conflict happening? Do you have a screen saver that comes on while the player is going and does the SSer have sound?
