A dvd player says that to read MP3s they need to be recorded in ISO9660 level 1, level 2, or Joliet format. What does this mean and how do I do it? Is this just like normally recording MP3s to CD?

Nero has a detaied selection of recording formats. Roxio defaults to the correct settings.

This is basically a no-brainer. One of the correct formats is used automatically these days.
