Just bought new Syquest 88mb drive. I was told that I needed a SCSI card and 50 pin cable. This unit also has a 14 pin male receptacle. Do I need another cable, and where do attach to mobo.
If you have experience with this unit, please give me your opinion on usefullness, ease of use, dependablity. What are gliches or bugs I should expect? LMK ... Frank C.

I'm not familiar with that drive, but you may be able to download a manual at Syquest

www.syquest.com/support/manuals.html (http://www.syquest.com/support/manuals.html)

Hope this helps.

Yes, yes, Susan...
I got help at the link you supplied... Help on drivers and an 81 page manual. Now, I can install the Syguest with confidence. I think it's going to be a fine setup. Thanks for the help.
