If your BIOS chip on your board is okay but just needs updating, You can download an update. I think www.eurone.com has BIOS updates. I have a VX PRO motherboard with a m2 cyrix 233 mx chip on it. Also, if you don't find it there, try going into a search engine, I like Excite, and typing the name of your BIOS chip and that should direct you to a link with the info you need. Good luck.

One way to find BIOS updates is to use Wim's Bios Page.
When your PC boots up, wait until it starts counting memory. Then hit the "Pause" key, and write down all the digits that identify the BOIS, chipset etc. Then hit return key to continue with the boot.
Look at the info on Wim's page - he has a search using your BIOS id.
